01. Binding Acceptance
By accessing the Cemzo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, as a user, and Cemzo Technologies. If you do not agree, immediate cessation of platform usage is required.

02. Marketplace Usage
Cemzo acts as a facilitator for construction-related transactions. All marketplace interactions, including equipment rental and material procurement, are subject to verified credentialing. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, ensuring all heavy machinery and labor certifications are current and authentic.

03. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain the security of their Cemzo credentials. Any activity originating from your account is your sole responsibility. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, circumventing platform fees, misrepresenting project scales, or engaging in fraudulent procurement practices that disrupt the industry equilibrium.

04. Limitation of Liability
Cemzo Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site-specific incidents or project delays. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the platform is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for Cemzo services in the six months preceding the event.
05. Termination Clause
Cemzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access for users who violate safety protocols or operational standards. Upon termination, all rights granted to you hereunder will cease immediately. Certain provisions, including intellectual property and indemnity, shall survive the termination of this agreement.
